Epicor Financial Module Specialist (Cloud)Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced hands-on Epicor Financial Module Specialist with a strong background in the latest cloud-based offerings, as well as a deep understanding of the features and functionalities of the packages AR, AP, GL, and more. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Epicor Financial Module product suite and a track record of success with cloud implementation. Additionally, a background in either logistics or supply chain management would be highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on Epicor Financial Module cloud-based offerings
- Configure, implement, and optimize Epicor Financial Module for clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and provide recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Epicor Financial Module processes and procedures
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Epicor Financial Module related issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to Epicor Financial Module and cloud-based financial systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience working with Epicor Financial Module, with a focus on the cloud-based offering
- Strong understanding of AR, AP, GL, and other financial modules
- Experience with cloud implementation and optimization
- Experience with logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and clients
