In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and performing high-quality repairs to restore vehicles back to their pre-accident condition. Our commitment to quality and customer service has made us a leader in the automotive repair industry.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methodsPerform bodywork repairs, such as dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straighteningUtilize various tools and equipment, including welding and frame machines, to execute repairsPrepare vehicles for painting by sanding, priming, and maskingCommunicate with service advisors and team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures and guidelinesStay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and techniquesRequirements and QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as an Auto Body TechnicianCompletion of an Auto Body Collision Repair program or equivalent experienceProficiency in reading and interpreting repair estimates and blueprintsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a team environmentValid driver\'s license and a clean driving recordPersonal AttributesDependable and reliable with a strong work ethicExcellent communication skillsWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair processesBenefitsWhat we offer: Hourly rate from CA$28.00 to CA$40.00 depending on experienceBenefits: Extended health, Dental and short term, long term disabilitySchedule8-hour shift, Monday to Thursday (8 am - 5:30 pm) Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm)Career PathAs CSN Garyray continues to grow, other career opportunities may become available.EEO Statement: CSN is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
