We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Pharmacy department.In accordance with the mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and reporting to the Pharmacy Operations Lead, Primary and Long-Term Care, this position provides clinical pharmacy services to patients of the primary care network. As a member of an interprofessional team, this position works directly with patients to identify and resolve drug therapy problems through comprehensive medication management.This role includes rotations in Terrace, Nisga’a, Stewart, and Tahltan/Stikine, with days of work subject to operational needs.Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00Ksyen Regional HospitalThe new Ksyen Regional Hospital welcomed its first patients on November 24, 2024. It features 82 beds, private rooms, and services including trauma, orthopedics, pathology, radiology, clinical support, and pharmacy. It is also a training site for medical students in the Northern Medical Program.TerraceThe community of Terrace offers northern living at its best, with mountains, rivers, lakes, and streams. The population is approximately 12,700, with schools and a college.
