Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek an Engineer/APM Power User to join their team in Calgary, AB for an initial 12-month contract We are seeking a highly skilled APM/Meridium power user. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of reliability engineering principles, coupled with proficiency in utilizing Meridium/APM software to maximize asset performance and minimize downtime. Responsibilities:Meridium Power User Expertise:Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Meridium software utilization, configuration, and customization.Leverage Meridium capabilities to analyze asset data, identify failure patterns, and develop predictive maintenance models to enhance reliability and asset performance.Reliability Analysis and Optimization:Conduct thorough reliability analyses using advanced statistical techniques and reliability tools to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) / FMFA / Asset Strategy Library / Template methodologies to optimize maintenance strategies and prolong asset lifecycles while ensuring operational efficiency.Data Management and Visualization:Utilize data analytics tools and visualization techniques to interpret asset performance data, trends, and anomalies effectively.Develop insightful dashboards and reports to communicate key reliability metrics and performance indicators to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.Develop and Implement Asset StrategyBase line existing asset / maintenance strategies. Collaborate with disciplined engineers in developing recommended asset strategies in GE APM application using GE Asset Strategy Library.Work with sites and maintenance planners in implementing asset strategies using ASI module.Setup Health Indicator for critical assets.Collaborate with discipline engineers in setting up Health Indicators on critical assets. Work with GE SMEs for ensuring all data are loaded with data loaders in 2024 and automated in 2025.Requirements:Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 10 years’ experience working in an Oil and Gas Refinery or equivalent in a reliability/maintenance and/or operations role.Minimum of 5 years’ experience, using GE APM Health, Reliability, Strategy and Foundation Module.Knowledge and familiarity with GE APM V5.1 are an asset.Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S4 Plant Maintenance Module is an asset.The candidate should have extensive experience using:GE APM Health ManagerGE APM Reliability AnalyticsGE APM Root Cause Analysis (RCA)GE APM Asset Strategy ManagementGE APM Asset Strategy OptimizationGE APM Asset Strategy ImplementationGE APM Foundation including Dashboard Reporting and Action ManagementGE APM Foundation EAM/ERP and OT Connectivity troubleshooting
