Review them with sponsor.Determine rapid deployment and validation strategy.Establish project plan and resource plans. Assist with assessing and mitigating risk.Acquire management approval to proceed.Execute one or more development projects, through product design and deployment: Help to build, co-ordinate, and manage a cross-functional team.Track and report progress to senior management.Review and manage project risksIdentify resource conflicts. Suggest and once approved, implement scope change.Help achieving business objectives for the project / productSupport product during its deployment and through its early lifeAssist to set project goals for team members. Two-year experience in product development under structured project managementPMP DesignationKnowledge of rapid product development strategies and process deliverables Product Management and OEM Business Development experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills.Strong leadership skills, e.g., getting things done across organizational boundaries.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).Knowledge of project management software tools, especially Microsoft Project.Knowledge of SAP and NPI will be an asset.Travel in support of customers and projects is required.
