Senior Technical Account Manager (Remote, CAN) Join CrowdStrike as a Senior Technical Account Manager. About The Role You will provide proactive technical support to our Premium Support customers, ensuring they are protected and empowered to stop breaches. Success in this role requires motivation, self‑education, strong customer service and technical problem‑solving skills. What You'll Do Serve as primary technical contact and augment our customer support teams. Onboard new customers to the CrowdStrike platforms. Ensure customer success through proactive periodic health checks, product training, and best‑practice sharing. Advocate for customers with internal stakeholders to document and assess feedback. Engage with customers at all levels of their organization. Research customers’ technical issues promptly and provide recommendations. Escalate issues to management when appropriate and control overall resolution. Collaborate across cross‑functional groups to resolve escalated cases. Leverage internal technical expertise and tools for effective solutions. Create knowledge‑base content for reuse throughout the company. Participate in technical communications to share best practices. Identify renewal risk and work with teams to remediate and secure renewals. Support sales teams in identifying account expansion opportunities. Drive support cases to ensure timely resolution. What You'll Need Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Experience with Windows Server operating systems. Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting‑edge infrastructures. Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish technical credibility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven problem‑solving skills. Collaborative attitude. Ability to travel up to 25%. Commitment to customer success. Bonus Points Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. CISSP or ITIL Certification. 3+ years of Customer Success/Support/Technical Account Management experience in a SaaS organization. Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.
