Problem‑Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the erection process. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a Steel Erector or in a similar role. Skills: Strong understanding of construction blueprints and specifications, excellent hand‑eye coordination, and physical stamina. Safety Awareness: Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in steel erection. Licenses/Certifications: Relevant certifications are preferred. Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
