We are looking for a Senior AI Game Designer to join our passionate team working on Blight: Survival. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the game's AI systems, enemy archetype designs and memorable combat encounters. Working closely with the Lead Game Designer and cross-disciplinary teams, you’ll take features from concept to final implementation, crafting compelling and challenging AI behaviours that align with the game's vision.In this role you will :Provide relevant design intentions and implementation for AI-focused features.Create high-quality gameplay that stays within the confines of the direction.Design and implement enemy variations that support the core gameplay pillars.Create, update and maintain relevant design documentation.Test features in both Live and QA environments.What we're looking for :Minimum of 8 years of experience in game design within the video game industry.Proven experience shipping at least one title as an AI Game Designer.Experience with melee and combat-focused games is a plus.Experience developing multiplayer games is a plus.Familiarity with Unreal Engine is a plus.Behaviour Interactive is the largest Canadian gaming studio, with more than 1,300 employees worldwide.
