Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily operations and program implementations
• Conduct program audits and implement necessary amendments
• Lead special community events with local facilitators
• Ensure all site vendors meet service agreements
• Handle parent communication through newsletters and emails
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Relevant post-secondary education in social work or community development
• Experience in supervising recreational staff
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
• First Aid and High 5 Training are assets Leverage your leadership and community engagement skills to empower youth at TCHC.
