Job Description As a Key Holder you play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. You bring energy, style expertise, and a customer‑first mindset to everything you do—from the fitting room to the cash register—creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s image and helps customers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. Day In The Life Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters strong customer relationships and long‑term loyalty. Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions with professionalism and care. Utilize product knowledge and current promotions to drive add‑on sales during checkout. Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by adhering to brand merchandising and presentation standards. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth daily execution. Qualifications Two years’ experience in sales or customer service is an asset. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Availability includes evenings and weekends. Additional Information Hiring rate: $0.80 above minimum wage (rate may be greater based on relevant experience).
