Overview Sr. Campaign Manager, Paid Social at KINESSO The role of the Senior Campaign Manager, Paid Social is responsible for the overall account performance and execution. The goal is to provide best-in-class expertise and recommendations that drive performance. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Associate Director to provide insights that inform requests for proposals (RFPs), decks, proposals and planning recommendations. Develop best-in-class deliverables/reporting to clients from available technology platforms and services. Be an expert in paid social capabilities, identify best-in-class solutions for clients, and stay up-to-date with upcoming tools/tech solutions for full-funnel media strategy. Manage and oversee campaign setup and execution. Monitor creative calendars and campaign budgeting. Ensure consistency of ad specs and campaign objectives. Ability to manage Top- and Mid-Funnel campaigns directly linked to Bottom-Funnel success. Pull reports, prepare meaningful insights and recommendations, and communicate these effectively in presentations. Educate agency teams and clients on best practices and campaign objective requirements. Monitor goals and KPIs for a portfolio of clients to ensure on-time and complete delivery of campaigns. Create strong collaborative relationships with the client, planning teams, and specialty business units (SBUs). Partner with the Associate Director to source proposals from media partners and liaise with SBUs as required. Maintain respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with partners. Ensure invoice clearing and budget management. Drive the execution of the plan: regularly evaluate campaign performance, proactively optimize campaigns, provide post-campaign reports, and ensure flawless campaign setup and digital activation. Desired Skills & Experience Professional or educational background in Marketing or Advertising. 3-4 years of experience in executing paid social campaigns. Proven in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry. Full understanding of the roles of various digital channels and full-funnel campaigns. Proficient in social platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat. Strong ability to manage fluid budgets and obtain required signoffs. Experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner. Understanding trafficking and audience insights is an asset. Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge and insights from research resources. Passion for testing, data, emerging media, and measurement. Professional learning agility and a commitment to continuous development. Client-facing and service-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly developed organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
