Responsibilities Patient Consultations and Assessments: Conduct thorough consultations and assessments to determine the best course of treatment tailored to each client’s individual needs. Health Status Documentation: Assess and document patient health status and needs accurately. Care Plan Development: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings. Medication and Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician. Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, management, and overall wellness. Non‑Surgical Aesthetic Procedures: Perform non‑surgical aesthetic procedures, including Botox injections, dermal filler injections, and laser treatments, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Weight Loss Program Management: Monitor weight loss program patients, offering ongoing support and adjustments as needed. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurse practitioners, to ensure continuity of care and optimal treatment outcomes. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay up‑to‑date on best practices and clinical guidelines in aesthetics and nutrition. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on aesthetics and/or primary care. Proven experience in performing non‑surgical aesthetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser treatments. Experience in nutrition or wellness coaching and weight loss program management is desirable. Master of Nursing or equivalent, with a clinical focus. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program (within MN or post‑master certificate). Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario within the RN (Extended Class). 2+ years of clinical nursing experience. Strong clinical assessment and consultation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration. Competitive salary (mix of salary + commission).
