Are you a hands‑on leader who loves keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Yard Supervisor to manage our Surrey yard, lead a small team, and ensure equipment and materials are handled safely and efficiently. You’ll oversee daily yard activities, train and coach staff, operate equipment (training provided), coordinate deliveries, rentals, and inventory, and keep everything organized and on track. Your team will rely on you to set standards, enforce safety, and maintain accurate records. What we’re looking for: Supervisory experience in logistics, construction, rentals, or equipment operations. Mechanically inclined, comfortable operating heavy equipment. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Able to work outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs., and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
