They must make it a priority to greet our patients and customers in a pleasant manner while maintaining a smooth flow of the office.The primary role would be in the area of technician where responsibilities would include pre-testing patients in preparation for their appointment with the doctor and performing ancillary testing (OCT, Humphrey visual field). A secondary area of focus would be in scheduling appointments and assisting with doctor communications, the majority of which would be through the use of electronic health care records software.
