What You’ll Be Doing As an Optometrist at Boots, you’ll play a key role in delivering brilliant patient care – using the latest tech, working alongside experienced colleagues, and supporting your community with clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Leading clinics and delivering outstanding patient care Using the latest testing technology to assess eye health and provide expert advice Providing enhanced services, from triage support to advanced assessments, depending on store needs Offering clinical support to colleagues on the shop floor Collaborating with external healthcare professionals Keeping your clinical knowledge up to date and sharing it with others Playing a key role in your store’s leadership team, bringing energy and insight to every shift What You’ll Need To Have (our Must‑haves) We’re looking for Optometrists who are confident, compassionate, and always focused on doing the right thing for patients.
