AutoCanada – Audi Winnipeg (Winnipeg, MB) Warranty Administrator Base pay range: CA$55,000 – CA$75,000 per year. Position Overview: The Service Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing warranty claims, processing them in a timely and accurate manner, and ensuring all warranty-related activities comply with manufacturer and dealership policies. The role requires close collaboration with service department staff, customers, and manufacturers to document, submit, and settle warranty repairs and claims. Responsibilities Process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to manufacturers. Maintain accurate records and documentation for warranty work and claims. Communicate with customers regarding warranty status and address any concerns. Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure proper warranty documentation and parts management. Monitor compliance with manufacturer standards and assist with reporting and audits. Qualifications Experience in warranty administration or automotive service preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient with service management software and Microsoft Office. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new technologies. Excellent document creation, proofreading, and business correspondence skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities. Proven ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment under urgent deadlines.
