Class 1 equipment delivery drivers transport rental equipment safely using flatbed and RGN trailers across varied worksite conditions. Sunbelt Rentals values knowledgeable service and workforce development.
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Class 1 Driver to deliver and recover equipment, tools, and supplies from customer worksites. You will drive Class A trucks through urban, suburban, and rural settings, including construction zones. The position includes customer service, equipment troubleshooting, and minor repairs at job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver equipment, tools, and supplies to customer worksites
- Recover rental equipment from customer worksites
- Drive Class A trucks with flatbed or RGN trailers
- Navigate safely through tight construction zones
- Perform minor equipment and vehicle repairs onsite
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with Class 1 CDL License
- Acceptable driver's record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flatbed, RGN, lowboy, or dovetail trailer experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
