We are disrupting the status quo of rental payments by making the transaction paperless and rewarding for tenants, and seamless for our property management clients by giving them a secure online platform to collect rent online. It seems that the property management industry was ready for us, because we are seeing huge growth across North America and next year plan to expand aggressively into the U.S. market. Last year over $300 billion of rent was paid in the U.S. market by check and cash.

SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER

YOUR ROLE

Our Senior Java Developer will play a critical role inmaintaining and developing our pci compliant paymentplatform. Reporting to the CTO, you will be taskedwith both front and back end development tasks tohelp ensure the best user experience possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review current systems• Present ideas for system improvements• Produce detailed specifications and

clean and maintainable code• Test the product in controlled, real

situations before going live• Maintain the systems• Provide scheduled after hours system supportEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• 5-8 years Software Development experience• Previous QA experience• Calm under high pressure situations• A keen ability to quickly prioritize and

react to changing market dynamics andcommunicate priorities to key stakeholders

• Are able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative

• Have a high level of energy passionateabout payment systems

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Wild y• Amazon Web Services

• JSF2• CSS 3• Javascript• Hibernate / JPA• HTML5• MySql• GIT• Rest Web Services• AngularJS

TO BE A TOP CANDIDATE:

• Excellent grasp of real estate and credit card industries• Good understanding of PCI compliance• Experience working with complex desktop

and mobile payment systems• Interest in working in a start-up environment• Experience with DevOps practices• Experience with micro services and/or distributed systems
