This role goes far beyond supervising luggage handling. You are responsible for leading by example, supporting your team, and ensuring guests feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their stay. You will actively monitor guest flow, anticipate needs, resolve concerns in real time, and collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Guest Experience, Transportation, and Housekeeping teams to deliver seamless service. Preferred Qualifications And Skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and approachable in a fast‑paced environment Proven time management skills with a strength for multitasking Organized, self‑motivated, and goal oriented High level of personal accountability and integrity Highest level of attention to detail as it relates to daily tasks, cleanliness of work stations and guest areas Passion for hospitality and guest experience excellence Previous experience in a bell services or guest‑facing hospitality role is preferred Requirements Of The Role You Should Be Aware Of Based on the nature of our business and the service we provide to our guests, to work with us, you must consent to a criminal background check as a condition of employment and an additional criminal background check every two years. As a seasonal resort business, you can anticipate a schedule that will involve day, evening, night, and weekend work. Ability to safely operate a golf cart with guests and luggage Long periods of standing, walking, and physical activity Regular work outdoors in all weather conditions. Lifting and carrying golf clubs and luggage up to 50 lbs with occasional weight of 75 lbs Occasional ascending and descending of stairs and ramps.
