Lead golf operations at Priddis Greens Golf & Country Club near Calgary, using member service and communication skills in a seasonal position.
The Assistant Golf Professional supports daily operations at a 36-hole golf destination. Responsibilities include tournament and league coordination, Pro Shop operations, retail sales, employee development, and pace-of-play management. The position contributes to innovation and continuous improvement while maintaining professional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tournaments and golf leagues
- Support Pro Shop operations and retail sales
- Develop employees and lead daily golf operations
- Manage pace of play and member service
- Prioritize workloads and collaborate on daily decisions
Requirements:
- PGA of Canada membership
- Minimum two years of golf industry experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Professional image and excellent customer service
- Jonas, Tagmarshal, or Golf Genius experience considered an asset
