This innovative program offers the opportunity to work within a team-based, inter-professional care environment. Care is administered to acute patients directly in their homes and through virtual channels.As a qualified or eligible Psychiatrist, you will be tasked with delivering top-tier care to adult patients served by Fraser Health, as part of an interdisciplinary team.
