  3. Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a world-class technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
  4. Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of blockchain-based products and services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of security, scalability, and performance.
  5. Partnerships and Collaboration: Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to integrate cutting-edge technologies and best practices into our solutions.
  6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technological risks, ensuring the robustness and reliability of our systems and solutions.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives, investors, and clients.

Qualifications:
  1. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  2. Extensive experience in blockchain technology, including smart contracts, cryptography, and decentralized systems.
  3. Proven track record of leading and scaling technology teams in high-growth environments.
  4. Strong understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
