Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. Assist teammates and contribute to teamwork. Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity. Qualifications Enjoy interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Loves AE and Aerie products. Has prior retail experience. At least 16 years of age. Benefits Real people and a supportive family atmosphere.
