Demand Planner

- Lead the demand forecasting process for the Canadian entities at a national level.
- Develop bottom-up forecasting models for each key account.
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
- Lead pre-consensus with account managers and consensus meetings with commercial to align forecast at a national level.
- Lead the monthly S&OP meeting presenting to the larger organization.
- Track and record Drug Shortages in the marketplace and assess the impact on the Company forecast.
- Develop relationships with the internal sales team to get customer information to build a robust forecast.
- Lead the weekly allocation meeting to discuss changes in supply positions and strategies based on demand.
- Act as the face of the supply chain to external customers including working with external customers on supply issues, allocation, and forecast changes.
- Track customer DC level inventory on a weekly and monthly basis.

- Customer Service Levels
- Finished goods write-offs
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in Supply Chain management; experience in forecasting and demand planning an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Exposure to the pharmaceutical or consumer products industry.
- Solid computer skills; SAP or rapid response an asset.
