Customer conversations and on-site sales define this full-time Field Sales and Service role with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in SE Edmonton. Sales training and coaching support performance.
Southwind operates this 1-800-GOT-JUNK? team, combining customer service, junk removal, and sales responsibilities. You will assess jobs, present pricing, overcome objections, and close sales at customer locations. The work also includes safely removing, loading, transporting, recycling, donating, or disposing of items responsibly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional, friendly first impressions at customer locations
- Provide on-the-spot price estimates for removal jobs
- Explain pricing and overcome objections to close sales
- Safely remove and load junk from homes and businesses
- Represent the brand with energy and integrity
Requirements:
- Be at least 19 years old
- Hold a valid license with clean three-year record
- Demonstrate strong customer service or people skills
- Lift 50 or more pounds repeatedly
- Bring a positive, competitive, coachable mindset
