Full Time Licensed Millwright Six Flags Entertainment Corporation $43.50 - $47 / hour Year‑round, full‑time career opportunity with benefits in the Canada's Wonderland Ride Maintenance Department. Candidate must have a Millwright Licence (433A) or Heavy Equipment Mechanic (421A) Licence. Rates vary based on certifications and experience. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a team‑oriented individual with a solid track record as a Millwright/Mechanic. Scope of Position The successful candidate will have proven skills with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, hydraulics and pneumatics, problem‑solving, and the ability to work independently. Install new equipment Rebuild or repair equipment as specified Maintain all required service records and logs Make recommendations for improvements, modifications, upgrades and report to Foreman/Supervisor promptly Assist with major overhauls, modifications and alterations as required Ensure the safe operation of each work area and project Assist with general cleaning, inspection and reassemble equipment as needed Responsible for assisting with daily preventative maintenance program Experience in mechanical trades Post‑secondary education in a mechanical trade profession Valid Ontario driver’s licence Past experience in a diverse industrial environment required Strong communication skills both written and oral Strong mechanical aptitude Exposure to welding and machining equipment an asset Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required Proven abilities to problem‑solve, troubleshoot and work with deadlines Ownership of tools and safety boots a must Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions Required to meet the physical demands of the job including weights of up to 23 kg, heights of 10.6 m, frequent standing, walking, twisting, reaching, bending, crawling and ability to work with ladders #J-18808-Ljbffr
