Build broad construction distribution experience with EMCO Corporation through warehouse, customer service, sales, and operations training. Progress through a structured four-phase program.
As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will learn every aspect of EMCO Corporation’s business. The program covers shipping and receiving, customer transactions, procurement, account management, proactive sales, leadership, and operations. You will develop customer relationships, support business growth, and strengthen skills through coaching, mentoring, and practical experience. The position suits candidates with strong communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn warehousing, shipping, receiving, and counter support procedures
- Solve customer problems and build vendor relationships
- Provide world class service to customers and partners
- Expand customer bases through business development and proactive sales
- Support coaching, mentoring, vision, and operational strategy
Requirements:
- College and/or university degree
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Positive, results-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
