SRAs execute tasks to maintain the health of the Eco system of the applications and services. These tasks also ensure the application operate smoothly and reliably with excellent user experience. This is an excellent opportunity to recent graduates.How you will create impactMonitor system performance and availability, and take actions to rectify issues identified.Respond promptly to incidents following predefined plans and procedures. It includes batch jobs, message queues, system integration components and end user reported incidents.Analyze root causes of incidents following incident response plans.Prevent future occurrences of incidents by fixing root causes and recovering damaged data.Build effective monitor and alerts to discover errors.Using development tools to analyze root causes of problems.Develop tools that monitor the Eco system and enable self-diagnosis.Adopt best practices, and continuously improve systems and processes to enhance reliability and performance.Collaborate with teams like Policy Fulfilment and business stakeholders to determine feasibility and troubleshoot issues.Work with external teams (e.g., DCM, Kyndryl) to integrate and optimize document services, providing assistance when needed.How you will succeedYou have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.â¯â¯You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.â¯You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.To join our teamDiploma or degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with at least 1 year of experience in application support including development and operation.Knowledge in software engineering, with proficiency in one or more programming languages.Knowledge in system administration and managing production environments.Proficiency in using monitoring and tools to track system performance and discover errors.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge with containerization technologies like Docker.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively.Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools as an assetWhat you need to knowRotational on-call schedule, with shifts during evenings and weekends.Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required.You will be subject to a Background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.What’s in it for youTraining and development opportunities to grow your career.Flexible work options and paid time off to support your personal and family needs.A holistic approach to your well-being, with physical and mental health programs and a supportive workplace culture.Volunteer opportunities to give back to your community.SalaryExpected salary range $50,280 to $83,800The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
