Cardiac Care Coordinator – Regional Cardiac Coordinator Office – Temporary Full‑TimeSunnybrook Health Sciences Centre invites applications for the Cardiac Care Coordinator position. This full‑time, temporary role supports the mission of Person‑Centred Care and the overall values of our health centre.ResponsibilitiesTriage and schedule all Cath Lab referrals, including Cath, PCI, Cardiac Surgery, Arrhythmia and Structural Heart cases.Maintain wait‑list management, bed flow, and patient surveillance within the Cath Lab and outpatient areas.Liaise with patients and referring physicians regarding procedures and provide patient/family support and education.Collect, analyze, and report data to inform quality improvement and accreditation readiness initiatives.Participate as a member of the Cardiac Care team and contribute to policy and procedure development for the arrhythmia clinic.QualificationsBaccalaureate Degree in Nursing (required).Current College of Nurses of Ontario Certificate of Competence (required).Current BCLS certification.Minimum five years’ experience in cardiology (required); previous Cath Lab experience preferred.Experience in patient education and statistical data management preferred.Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.Computer proficiency and ability to work under fast‑changing, stressful conditions.Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
