Summary Reporting to the Base Manager, FBO, the Ramp Refueller/Line Service Refueller will provide customer service in support of the shell aerocentre. Responsibilities Provide services for marshalling aircraft and all ground services such as lavatory, water, and power services Refuel aircraft according to Shell and IAS standard procedures Defuel aircraft according to Shell and IAS standard procedures Provide services for hangar moves, aircraft towing, and all other services required by clients or sister companies (IMP group) Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks within Shell and/or IAS standards Keep the FBO area, Lineman office, and FBO equipment neat and clean Participate in and complete all Shell or IAS required training and ongoing recurrent training Greet and serve our customers with the highest standards Other duties as assigned based on operational requirements Requirements High school education 2 years’ experience Driver License Class 3, maintained throughout employment Must pass Transport Canada Security Clearance and requirements (MOT) Candidatemust obtain Radio Operator Certificate Experience in aircraft refueling is an asset Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Outstanding customer service skills is an asset Bilingual (French/English) Company Culture Our careers culture is fueled by innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
