What We Are Looking For Journeypersons Certification with FSR or Apprentice / Licensed 309A or 309C with a valid Master Electrician License Familiarity with Residential and Generac Generator applications, HVAC and Plumbing (Asset) Ability to work efficiently and effectively individually and within a team environment Strong customer service skills and good communication skills An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude Valid Driver's License with a clean record Clear criminal record Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn. What Will You Do Lead in the successful completion of residential electrical & HVAC projects Perform residential service & install work on Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, and heating systems Contribute to departmental growth through project targets and new electrical initiatives Educate customers on the operation of their residential electrical infrastructure Complete general and specific Electrical inspections Promote Right Time products and services on every call Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers Contribute to our high standards of health and safety Effectively mentor apprentices so they become well rounded electricians.
