Responsibilities Market business (strata’s/condos) by developing and fostering excellent relationships with insurers to ensure negotiation of best competitive terms to clients, including ongoing endorsement requests and mid‑term marketing when necessary. Work with new and existing insurers to negotiate rates and deductibles. Apply strong underwriting ability using in‑house contracts for the strata/condo program. Liaise with client executives to discuss clients’ needs and make recommendations regarding terms and conditions obtained. Assist with developing innovative marketing processes for large portfolio renewals. Keep current on new products, coverage and market trends by attending seminars and reading relevant materials. Attend insurer and industry functions as required. Follow BFL policies and procedures, including security and quality procedures, as set out currently and as amended from time to time. Perform other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required. Our Ideal Candidate Minimum 3‑5 years industry‑related experience. University degree or professional insurance designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM) preferred (or relevant work experience). Level 2 license. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Demonstrated excellence in time management. Detail oriented. Customer‑focused and sales‑oriented. Energetic and flexible. Ability to work well and independently. Ability to work as part of a team and with others throughout the organization. The expected salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $80,000. Annual salary will be determined by factors including prior experience, location, business segment, and relevance of the candidate’s skills to the role. About BFL CANADA Founded in 1987 by Barry F.
