Clinical Specialist Manager

A Day in the LifeRéalise des formations et/ou du conseil sur site.Soutient le personnel de terrain afin d’offrir les meilleurs résultats et services possibles aux clients Medtronic.Collabore avec les collègues commerciaux pour élaborer et exécuter des plans de vente au sein d’une ou plusieurs unités commerciales.Participe à des congrès, forums et réunions pour accroître la notoriété des produits.Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Clinique, la Direction Clinique et l’équipe de vente régionale pour fournir un soutien lors des cas clients et des ventes.Identifie et facilite la mise en œuvre des opportunités de croissance avec l’équipe de vente et de support clinique.Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le/la Responsable Régional(e) des Ventes sur les priorités commerciales. Assurer la formation et l’éducation des spécialistes cliniques et du personnel clinique dans les cliniques et lors des implants. May have budget or P&L accountability for a department, function or geography. Problems and issues faced are complex, difficult and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.Communication and Influence: Communicates with internal and external customers and vendors regarding ongoing operations. Uses information exchange, influence and active persuasion without direct exercise of command to gain cooperation of other parties. May interact on issues that have externally shared objectives.Leadership and Talent Management: Manages a team consisting of supervisors and / or experienced professionals in the Specialist career stream. Leads, directs and reviews the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
