As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking Data Processors to support our team in meeting service level objectives.About The RoleWe are looking for detail-oriented Data Processors to support our team. This role is critical to the efficient management of client policies, ensuring smooth processing of policy changes, new business, renewals, and endorsements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage policy life cycles for new and existing clients, including new business submissions, renewals, re-marketing, and endorsements.Review quotations, subjectivities, and policies for accuracy.Manage and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.Maintain accurate records and databases to track client interactions and policy changes.Collaborate with underwriters and brokers to facilitate efficient communication and resolve client inquiries.Administer internal standard operating procedures and underwriting guidelines.Work effectively with team members and colleagues to accomplish team and organizational goals.Input and maintain data in the broker management system or through company portals.Process policy changes, applications, renewals, and cancellations.Manage daily insurance company downloads and upload new business.Ensure client files are up to date.Retrieve insurance-related documents such as claims history and driving records.Provide daily administrative support as requested.What We’re Looking ForEducation: Post-secondary education preferred.Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.Time Management: Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Language Skill: English, Mandarin or Cantonese.How To ApplyIf you believe you might be a fit and meet the qualifications noted above, we’d love to hear from you.
