As a Customer Experience Associate, you will perform banking transactions, recommend appropriate solutions, and promote a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following operating procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes efficiently. Build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through teamwork and performance development. Assist the team by staying dedicated, keeping coworkers updated on routine activity status. Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements to achieve operational excellence. Job Requirements High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use. Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail in handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
