Credit Union Deposit Products Specialist

Promote deposit and investment products as a Member Service Representative III at Sunrise. Build member relationships through responsive service and informed referrals.

This position serves as a primary resource for new member accounts and deposit business. You will follow up on referrals, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities to promote, up-sell, and cross-sell credit union products. You may become a technical expert in registered products or provide branch leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open new member accounts and pursue deposit business
  • Follow up on staff referrals and sales initiatives
  • Sell registered products and broker deposits
  • Refer members to loans and accounting departments
  • Order and process personalized cheques

Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 education
  • Three years of cash experience or equivalent combination
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Credit union or financial institution track record preferred
  • Ability to respond to members in person and by telephone

Apply member service, sales follow-up, and registered-product knowledge while helping Sunrise members select suitable financial services.
