We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Technician at our Yorkton, SK location.ResponsibilitiesFull chemical analysis on all stages of oil processing from seed to refined, bleached and deodorized oilsEnsure products are being made according to documented internal Richardson and customer requirementsProviding release approval to pre-load and load oil productsProvide analysis for non-conforming products and feedback to production on required analysisVerify incoming raw materials meet food safety quality requirementsConduct retained sample collection and ensure samples are controlled for the required period of timeRecognize actual / potential food safety and quality issuesConduct inspection and testing analysis on incoming raw materials, additional in-process and finished productQualificationsDegree or diploma in Food Science, Microbiology or Chemistry3 - 5 years previous experience in a food manufacturing environmentFamiliar with GMP and HACCPExcellent computer, written, documentation and verbal communication skillsMust be willing to work shifts and overtimeRichardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities.Interested candidates should click the Apply icon to apply online by February 2, 2026.Richardson International values diversity in the workplace.
