YOUR IMPACT We are looking for Microsoft Exchange Engineers with deep knowledge of large Exchange deployments that house thousands of domains and customers. You will be running one of the largest Exchange deployments in the world, so you’ll need to be familiar with every facet of the product, from how to build something from scratch to migrate it to tear it down. You need to know how to automate everything. With something this size, remedial tasks need to be automated. You need to understand how to talk with other mail products as well. On-call rotation will be required for 24x7x365 support of production environments. What The Role Offers Manage Microsoft Exchange for several thousand customers and domains. Develop PowerShell scripts to manage Exchange and provision new services. Manage hardware and architect any new solutions or upgrades. Assist in any Microsoft 365 migrations or mergers with our Exchange environment. Develop packages and scripts to use with PowerShell Universal. Manage F5 load balancers. Develop PowerShell Modules for our Support team to utilize to streamline ticket creation. Maintain Azure DevOps code repositories. Perform all testing for monthly patches and be responsible for security for the product. Plan, test, and complete all upgrades necessary for the platform. What You Need To Succeed Enterprise Microsoft Exchange experience managing multiple domains in one instance. 5+ years of Windows server management experience. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of enterprise deployments using tools such as Octopus or Ansible. Be able to build and modify Exchange PowerShell modules. Develop and troubleshoot PowerShell Universal. Expertise in DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, TLS, load balancing, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, Azure, REST APIs, automation scripting, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft SQL.
