This role ensures all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability, while adhering to engineering policies and procedures. Acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, the Project Engineer works collaboratively to resolve technical challenges, drive continuous improvement, and achieve project success on time and within budget.What You’ll Be Doing:Overseeing and assisting project leads in the preparation of technical deliverables.Acting as the primary interface with customer engineering representatives to resolve open issues.Monitoring project schedules and budgets for engineering/design scopes, addressing resourcing or performance concernsReviewing and approving final technical documents in accordance with PEO guidelinesSupporting the development of customer proposals through collaboration with Applications EngineeringRecommending and implementing policies, procedures, and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and competitivenessWhat We’re Looking For:An educational background in Engineering or a related disciplineA licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in OntarioExperience in project coordination or technical roles within a regulated environmentStrong technical writing and documentation skills.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilitiesProven ability to manage complex technical challenges and foster collaborationStrong familiarity with nuclear codes, standards, and compliance requirementsWhat We Offer :Reimbursement for tuition and professional duesThree weeks of vacation and three paid personal days (to start)RRSP matching programFree snack programWhy Join Us:Here at Eclipse Automation, creation and innovation are at our core, and our culture reflects that.
