Required Skills

  2. Experience in testing various Mainframe application screens
  3. Experience in strategizing Mainframe (hardware) upgrade and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing
  4. Exposure to Unix/Linux, Shell scripting
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills
  6. Proactive in identifying gaps and raising issues
  7. Knowledge in GUI/Web application testing

Job Description

  1. Identify, prepare and plan the Test strategy/approach to test business, infrastructure and batch processing applications during a Mainframe Upgrade
  2. Create and maintain QE documentation
  3. Coordinate, perform or lead UAT, Business and E2E testing activities
  4. Provide support for Performance testing
  5. Communicate and plan with development teams and stakeholders
  6. Track & plan QE testing progress and provide analysis & metrics on the QE effort
  7. Log and track detailed product defects and support the RCA identification
  8. Coach and provide mentorship to the testing team, and not afraid to get hands dirty
  9. Be the single point of contact for all Testing related activities
