Responsibilities Manage a team of account managers and leaders, creating an engaging work environment that fosters the achievement of objectives. Track employee growth and skills development through personalized coaching. Optimize sector efficiency, productivity, and profitability by implementing business growth strategies. Establish a strategy with partners to maximize market impact and improve sector visibility. Participate in drafting the annual business plan for the market and manage its execution. Manage a mid‑market portfolio, balancing profitability with prudent risk management. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through acquisition and retention activities. Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan focused on business development and market coverage. Ability to maximize the use of sales management tools (dashboards, performance tracking, etc.). Knowledge of the Private Wealth Management sector is an asset. Strong ability to influence, lead, and manage priorities effectively.
