If you are enthusiastic and a self‑motivated individual, you are our ideal candidateJoin the Harding team and directly make a difference for people with physical difficulties so that can conquer the challenges of everyday life. Leave every workday with the feeling of completing rewarding and meaningful work with a positive impact.Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needsEffectively communicate with all departments, manufacturers and purchasing staffSupport sales staff by completing and processing orders and quotes from customers and Occupational TherapistsReview pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experienceManage pick tickets, and packing lists for the Sales staff delivery ordersEnsure the accurate input of data and assist with tracking of orders within software to determine approvals, and conversionsTrack all demonstration and evaluation inventoryWhat We Offer You:Comprehensive health and dental benefitsRRSP contribution matchingProfessional development and training opportunitiesWhat You Need to Succeed:Grade 12 or equivalent, with 1+ years in a sales support or customer facing rolePrevious experience in the home medical industry and/or sales support position is an asset.
