A career as a product owner, securing artificial intelligence in the cybersecurity team at National Bank, places you at the forefront of protecting our AI systems. You will directly impact the organization’s resilience to AI‑related risks through expertise in product management, model security, and data governance. Responsibilities Define and maintain the product vision in collaboration with stakeholders (IA, SOC, Architecture, AESI). Prioritize AI security needs relative to other cybersecurity domains (e.g., data protection, abuse detection, robust models). Write epics, manage the product backlog, and track deliverables for your Agile team. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Work with technical and scientific teams to ensure the quality, feasibility and compliance of proposed solutions (e.g., red teaming, monitoring, bias management). Ensure compliance with security and ethics standards (ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, GDPR, Bill 25) in all product initiatives. Your Team You are part of a large multidisciplinary team in the Cybersecurity sector and report to the Senior Cybersecurity Manager. Prerequisites Related training in the sector and five years of relevant experience. Experience delivering solutions as a Product Owner (P.O.). Ability to work in Agile modes: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and deliver without full specifications. In‑depth knowledge of MLLs and their vulnerabilities. Understanding of securing AI APIs and ensuring model robustness against disruptive attacks. Solid understanding of cybersecurity, particularly data protection. Excellent communication skills.
