Arobas Personnel is looking for a Senior Network Administrator / Analyst for a contract with one of our clients located in Montreal. 100% on site What does your day-to-day look like? Key Deliverables Lead and coordinate partners and integrators to ensure successful delivery of results Provide Tier III monitoring and support for the client’s network infrastructure Design and plan network infrastructure components Offer technical mentorship to junior team members Troubleshoot complex networking issues Support and lead network design and configuration initiatives Perform quality assurance on work delivered by other resources Plan patching and configuration updates for network and security infrastructure Provide networking support for infrastructure-related projects Monitor and analyze bandwidth utilization on an ongoing basis Participate in the on-call rotation Personal Qualities Strong team player, comfortable in collaborative environments Sharp attention to detail with strong analysis and problem-solving skills Acts with integrity at all times Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure Able to communicate ideas in clear, business-friendly language Highly self-motivated, proactive, and autonomous Capable of seeing the big picture while managing technical details Skilled at educating, influencing, and communicating across various organizational levels Persistent, solution-oriented, and focused on positive transformation Creative, innovative, and results-driven Organized, structured, and adaptable to change Strong leadership and motivational abilities Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Experience deploying and managing SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi CCIE or equivalent certification Certifications with Cisco, F5, Palo Alto (strong assets) Experience with SolarWinds, NetFlow, Wireshark Communication Strong documentation skills Coordination Experience coordinating with telecom providers and integrators Strong results-oriented mindset Methods Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Understanding of ITIL processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
