UI/UX Designer — Full Time Location: Victoria, BC (Hybrid) Start Date: Flexible (ideally December 2025) Compensation: We offer a healthy and transparent annual salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 CAD, plus benefits and participation in our ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan), per terms. This is a full‑time role with real ownership and a seat at the table from day one. You’ll: Translate user needs and product goals into clean, intuitive interfaces Own the design process from wireframes to polished, clickable prototypes Collaborate closely with founders and developers to ship fast and often Build and evolve our design system and component libraries Run lightweight user testing and incorporate feedback quickly Work across web and mobile experiences as our platform grows ⸻ Who You Are You might be self‑taught, in school, or years into your design career — we’re open to all backgrounds. What matters is how you think, how you build, and how you collaborate. You’re likely: Obsessed with layout, flow, spacing, and design clarity Comfortable in Figma and familiar with components and auto layout Passionate about simplifying complex problems through design Independent, but love jamming on ideas and iterating as a team Motivated by real‑world impact, not just mockups Bonus points if you: Have worked in early‑stage startups or shipped personal projects Understand how front‑end development works (no coding required, just speak the language) Have experience with responsive design or component libraries Are curious about proptech, AI, or designing tools that help people make big life decisions ⸻ Why Join Homi?
