- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships 

- Answer calls and electronic communications with clients promptly and professionally

- Relay and distribute leads according to territory and assignments 

- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails 

- Evaluate and develop tailored security solutions to meet or exceed the individual needs and expectations of the client; recommend alternate products as required to meet product availability and cost requirements 

- Maintain support for clients in interactions both pre- and post-sales, with a commitment to an exceptional client experience, ensuring client satisfaction 

- Work with team to resolve any outstanding issues or concerns 

- Develop plans to achieve revenue targets, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals 

- Exercise a high degree of autonomy to achieve success 

Skills and Qualifications: 

- College diploma or university degree, or relevant experience in sales 

- Demonstrated drive to succeed, with a client-focused mentality 

- Able to evaluate a situation and develop an appropriate solution 

- Good understanding of technology. Knowledge of security systems considered an asset 

- Requires reliable transportation to office

- Self-motivated, resourceful, and a willingness to continually upgrade skills and knowledge 

- Goal-oriented and a team player 

- Strong ability to build relationships with clients 

- Excellent problem-solving skills 

- Exceptional communication skills
