Requirements Smartphone savvy to clock in and out and take visit notes Complete a criminal record check Consistent job performance & attendance Reliable transportation; Driver’s Licence required Professional demeanour and respectful attitude Ability to perform basic housekeeping & meal prep Home support worker certification preferred (not required) Flexible availabilityPrevious caregiving or elder care experience 2+ personal references Caregiver Tasks Include Meal prep & planning Housekeeping (including laundry) Personal care & hygiene Medication routines Transport to appointments and errands (required) Dementia care Quality time & companionship Assistance with client pets (dogs & cats) Overnight care Shifts range from morning, afternoon, evening and overnight Job Type Part-time Pay $20.00–$23.00 per hour Expected Hours 2–40 per week Benefits Dental care Flexible schedule Paid time off Vision care Schedule Monday to Friday Weekends as needed License/Certification Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (required) Work Location In person About Just Like Family Home Care Just Like Family Home Care is a local Canadian home care provider based in the lower mainland with locations throughout.
