With flagship locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Shanghai, Chicago, London, Madrid, and Copenhagen, VRAI is expanding its presence worldwide. We’re looking for a Diamond Sales Expert to join our growing team. You’ll act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey and play an integral role in growing the bridal jewelry business at VRAI. Responsibilities Be a trusted advisor to clients and conduct personalized consults that showcase VRAI’s sustainably created diamonds and jewelry; follow up to close the sale. Act as a VRAI brand ambassador and guide clients through jewelry selection, diamond education, care, and company policies (returns, upgrades, resizes, etc.). Maintain a calendar of virtual and in‑person appointments, manage your lead pipeline, and nurture/develop leads to drive company growth as a sales‑driven contributor. Collaborate with high‑performing luxury sales professionals to deliver first‑class service in our showroom. Work cross‑functionally with showroom and virtual sales team members on clienteling and custom design projects. Share customer trends and product feedback with the larger sales team to continuously improve the customer experience; collaborate with marketing and product teams on launches, in‑store events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting. Requirements Proven e‑commerce or retail sales experience with a track record of closing sales in a high‑volume environment. Strong preference for diamond expertise and jewelry experience; certified gemologist from a reputable institution is a strong plus. Independent, motivated, well‑organized, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compassionate, positive, patient, people‑person, and technologically savvy. Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays. $26 – $33 an hour (actual compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications). Additional perks such as employee discounts are also available. Benefits begin as early as your first day of employment, with medical and vision coverage retroactive to your start date. Physical Requirements Mandatory onsite presence at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours. Regular standing, walking, grasping, reaching, lifting (up to 25 pounds), bending, twisting, climbing, balancing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, and repetitive motions.
