Senior Claims Field Representative (Commercial Damage Insurance) Join as a Senior Claims Field Representative at Northbridge Financial Corporation. What it’s like to be a Northbridge Senior Claims Field Representative Working from your home office, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that values detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. When clients suffer a loss, our field representatives respond on the scene, providing efficient onsite investigations, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of moderate to complex claims. You will maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service. We want your talent Completing inspections of personal and commercial claims Capturing the scope of damages to settle claims Reviewing policies and technical reports Making decisions on coverage, and negotiating settlements of claims Effectively managing a busy day-to-day schedule Providing a great customer experience And you have Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance-focused program or related field Working towards the CIP designation A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a commercial liability insurance field claims adjuster A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record Ability to work after hours and weekends during the scheduled-on call rotation Availability to travel as needed Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite Ability to clearly communicate with claimants, brokers, and vendors We really mean it when we say we put you first.
