Venor is proud to partner with Raffle Systems Inc. – a nascent startup company founded by one of Canada’s top gaming entrepreneurs. Raffle Systems’ mission is to assist charities in raising funds to support their causes, by providing them with the technology to run government-regulated raffle games.

On their behalf, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Front End Developer to join their dynamic team and work on launching their new product. In this role, you’ll spearhead the development of responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React, collaborating closely with the design and backend teams to craft seamless user experiences. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and develop user interface components with React.js.
  • Implement responsive web design principles to ensure our web applications perform well across all devices.
  • Integrate front-end interfaces with server-side logic and functionality.
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Maintain and improve website.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience with React.js and its core principles.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token.
  • A knack for front-end design and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with a full-stack environment is a plus.
